French-Speaking Sales Representative & Customer Manager

Location: Tbilisi (office-based)
Schedule: Full-time, 9-hour shifts (13:00–22:00)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven French-speaking Sales Representative and Customer Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Tbilisi. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow within the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with leads through our CRM system and ensure timely, organized follow-ups
* Communicate professionally and consistently with clients across multiple channels in French
* Navigate stock exchange and cryptocurrency trading platforms as part of daily operations
* Execute trades on stock and crypto platforms in line with internal guidelines and market conditions
* Demonstrate strong sales skills and confidently present services to potential clients
* Maintain a client-first approach by understanding customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment
* Continuously expand your knowledge of CRM tools, financial markets, and crypto trading platforms

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Fluent in French (minimum B2 level) with strong communication skills
* English proficiency is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable handling client conversations and conducting sales in a professional manner
* Willingness to learn and adapt to CRM systems, stock exchanges, and crypto platforms
* Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow within the company
* Experience in finance or crypto is a plus, but not required — training will be provided

* Base Salary: $800-1000
