English – Speaking Sales Representative & Customer Manager

Location: Tbilisi (office-based)
Schedule: Full-time, 9-hour shifts (13:00-22:00)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven English -speaking Sales Representative and Customer Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Tbilisi. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow within the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with leads through our CRM system and ensure timely, organized follow-ups
· Communicate professionally and consistently with clients across multiple channels
· Navigate stock exchange and cryptocurrency trading platforms as part of daily operations
· Execute trades on stock and crypto platforms in line with internal guidelines and market conditions
· Demonstrate strong sales skills and confidently present services to potential clients
· Maintain a client-first approach by understanding customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction
· Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment
· Continuously expand your knowledge of CRM tools, financial markets, and crypto trading platforms

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with strong communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable handling client conversations and conducting sales in a professional manner
· Willingness to learn and adapt to CRM systems, stock exchanges, and crypto platforms
· Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow within the company
· Experience in finance or crypto is a plus, but not required—training will be provided

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base Salary: $700-900
