Weโre looking for full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (20 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in Georgian and English, both in writing and speaking.
Youโll join our Support team in Tbilisi (Office location: Anna Politkovskaya St.) and be a part of our Shared Service Center, supporting multiple Wolt countries worldwide.
๐ What Youโll Be Doing
โ Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via ive chat and phone
โ Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
โ Growing and improving our support function in collaboration with the team and other Wolt departments
๐ What Weโre Looking For
No previous customer service experience? No problem! Weโll teach you everything you need to know. If you do have experience, thatโs a bonus – but not a requirement.
Weโd love to meet you if you:
โ Communicate clearly and warmly, with a naturally customer-focused approach
โ Learn quickly and enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment
โ Availability to work 5 days per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend) is required, as we operate 24/7
โ Are fluent in written and spoken Georgian and have professional working
proficiency in written and spoken English
