To achieve and establish our growth, we are currently looking for a Junior Service Manager for Georgia Live Casino Operations. Leading the way to increased efficiency and success, the Junior Service Manager is in a critical position within any organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, Microsoft 365 suite knowledge
  • An analytical personality with great attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask
  • Willing to learn and ambitious to grow, personally and professionally
  • Able to work various shift types
  • Business first attitude
  • Able to identify and resolve issues independently with consistent professional conduct
  • Strong sense of integrity, able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong Work Ethic and dedication
  • Live Casino or iGaming experience is a plus
  • Academic qualification in management and/or computers is a plus

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Run day-to-day operations of Proxy Live Solutions™ Live Gaming Studio
  • Maintain a professional Environment at the OCR
  • Ensure that Proxy Live Solutions™ service is fully operational without interruptions/issues
  • Ensure game results are completed and processed according to correct procedures
  • Use of various internal systems including but not limited to JIRA, WIKI, MS Office
  • Always supervise game integrity and report
  • Identify, analyze, log, resolve, and escalate all incidents as necessary
  • Handle cards and other studio equipment as necessary
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of Service Management processes
  • Uphold and display Proxy Live Solutions™ company values
  • Any other duties as required and relevant to the role
