Tsre is a social coworking space in the heart of Tbilisi. Our goal is to build a real community for people building things from Tbilisi – remote workers, makers, and creatives. See what we’re about on Instagram: tsre.co

Your job is to bring that community to life by organising social events and keeping the space running day to day.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and lead social activities – brunches, hikes, supras, bar hops, padel matches, and whatever else brings people together
  • Welcome and onboard new members
  • Get the space ready each morning
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of coworking space
  • Look after member and supplier relationships

Requirements

  • Outgoing and genuinely social
  • Confident in English and Georgian
  • Self-organised
  • Have your own laptop

Nice to have

  • Studying or working in tech or a creative field
  • Experience organising events
  • An active lifestyle – hiking, padel, or other sports
  • A love of good coffee

What we offer

  • 700 GEL gross salary + 100 GEL monthly events budget (yours to spend on community activities like lunches, bar hops, or outings you organise)

  • One week of training, two-week trial period – fully paid, of course

Schedule

Monday – Friday, a fixed slot in the mornings to prep the space and greet potential members (10:00-13:00), plus flexible time for social activities. Standard – 15 hours, and up to 20 hours a week total (part-time).
