Role: Fraud and Risk Analyst – Sportsbook
What you will do:
- Identify and act on syndicates, bonus abusers and groups, and multi-accounting through player profile and data analysis.
- Withdrawal processing with adherence to established rules and procedures, including the application of fraud detection skills.
- Utilize price comparison and sports observation, incorporating statistics to enhance player profiling and support decision-making.
- Review customer’s financials, betting pattern and select the high risk of profile accounts for actions.
- Understand and adhere to company and departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, and assist in their implementation in daily operations.
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned according to the company’s needs.
Shift Work
- Open to working on rotational shifts, including night shift, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, with a strong mathematical background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tool
- Excellent analytical, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Preferred: With at least 2 years of experience in sports trading, or at least has strong interest in sports/e-sports
