The Junior Training Coordinator will be responsible for coaching and transferring the knowledge and skills to the new recruits, enhancing the skills of existing employees, and managing administrative tasks within the Live Presenting department at Proxy Live Solutions™.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 6 months of recent work experience in presenting the Live Casino Games;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Very good command of English language (verbal and written);
  • Flexibility, pro-activity, and collegiality;
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and development of new Shuffler and Game Presenter recruits within the Operations department;
  • Handle administrative tasks and paperwork related to training programs and the Academy;
  • Assisting Academy with day to day operational needs;
  • Assist existing employees in enhancing their performance;
  • Assist in maintaining training records and databases;
  • To always act and behave in a way compliant with all Proxy Live Solutions™ company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to Environmental Health and Safety, ethics and codes of conduct;
  • Continuous collaboration with Floor Management and Development teams to evaluate and provide the best service to new employees;
  • Provide input and proactively contribute towards becoming the best live casino provider in the world;
  • To display Proxy Live Solutions™ values and behaviour at all times.

Salary: Before Probation 1900 GROSS After Probation 2320 GROSS
