Was taking calls from restaurants and helping with orders, Had communication with drivers and was checking to make sure that orders was delivered.
First two years i was customer and riders support than i moved to night-shift, and after 6 months I moved to Call-team, My duty was to answering phone calls from partners, and help to solve some technical issues with devices or with ongoing order.
